Well, Sony Ericsson has probably planned to release a special version of W508 for America. It’s been called W518a. Basically same clamshell, it shall operate upon GSM and UMTS. but it has built-in A-GPS which we all know, is a difference from the original model. Proabably, it will receive a special Style-Up™ cover.

I believe I have successfully debranded my w518 to a w508. With the code at the WAP link, how do I install that to my phone? Please be gentle, I’m a little oriented, but still kinda new to all of this. Thanks.
