State run telecom giants, BSNL are planning to introduce 3g in India by June 2009.Swedish based Ericsson are supposedly providing the equipment. 3g services which have been elduding indian phones for more than 3 years after 3g hit the market. The government are trying their best to rub off the fiasco and provide quality support to the Indians as soon as possible. A spectrum auction is in for grabs soon involving the top players from around the world.

    yeah..thats a tie up between Ericsson and BSNL to start its 3G operations.. And a network in the South,North and the North-East, Aircel, has already tied-up with Ericsson to start Push Email services..

    But, MTNL (North Zone) will start its’ 3G service in about two months..We know its a Government agency, it has finalized its’ bid for 3G services..
